    日昨接到貴公司某主任推廣MOD的電話
    目前我所使用8M/640K，配合MOD一年的方案，將從1090元，降至999元
    剛好可以用來租用PLC
    請問
    1.貴公司PLC的效果如何？因為網路上有人質疑會產生靜電，致使短路走火
    2.此方案是否MOD設定、裝機......等費用全免？單純就是從1090元，降至999元
